I love to continually learn..about many things, but especially the body, people ,the brain, and how they relate to one another. I enjoy an environment that is comfortable, authentic, honest, and harmonious.
I am fascinated by the effects of unwinding and warming fascia, and continue to learn how much can be done to relieve pain, change postural positioning, and free movement when fascia is addressed. Working with intent, and in concert with a client’s nervous system, I’ve found alternating deep holds with featherlight touch can be effective to transform and release binding-newly formed as well as years’ old.
