My name is Sarah Remakel and I am the owner and operater of Shangri-La. I have been licensed and practicing since September 2007. I love doing massage and take pride that all massages are tailored to fit the needs of the individual client. I love answering questions that people have about massage and how it can affect their wellness. I want nothing more than for you to be healthy and happy. I will do what it takes for you to start the healing process and continue to get better. My goal is for you to not need or have to come back, but to come back because you want to. I utilizes an integrative approach to healing musculoskeletal pain and trauma; my emphasis is on pain management, rehabilitation, and injury prevention.
