My approach to massage is to combine knowledge of physiology, anatomy and treatment massage with intuitive connection and deep listening to client needs. I believe it's important to be impeccable in my integrity, knowledge and presence. I believe it's important to educate clients in self care techniques so they can avoid injury and hasten healing. Knowledge such as stretching, hydrotherapy, simple massage techniques and posture awareness are important ways clients can help themselves. My deepest joy is to provide clients with a healing environment where rejuvenation and relaxation easily occur.
