Location:
Salt & Sage Massage and Skincare – Boutique studio in downtown Bremerton, right at Marina Square next to the ferry. Warm, welcoming environment focused on nervous system support and personalized care.
Compensation:
$20/hour base pay + 25–35% commission (based on experience) + tips.
Continuing education stipend included.
Massage Modalities:
Therapeutic massage blending relaxation and deep tissue work. Interest in prenatal, trauma-informed care, or myofascial techniques is a bonus but not required.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Washington State Licensed Massage Therapist
- Grounded, compassionate presence with good communication skills
- Ability to blend therapeutic and relaxation techniques
- Collaborative spirit with a desire to grow
- Trauma-informed or prenatal experience is a plus, but we offer training too
