I am so happy to be in my career of passion. My love of learning about the human body, health, and healing has only increased. A student for life, I love perusing anatomy manual's like Netter's, and I set very high standards for myself to accumulate and practice safe, effective skills and techniques in the aid of my client's concerns for that day as well as the long term treatment plan for well-being.

I love helping my clients find the right homework that supports their bodies between sessions, and to facilitate my clients' discernment and learning about their bodies. Understanding a body's needs, pain threshold, and capacity to heal I believe are fundamental to learning to anticipate and experience healing.

Being present with a client in the tissue is a fascinating vista into another person's life landscape, in terms of how the body presents that day. The positive responses I get from my clients, I feel, reflects my natural respect for our shared experience of being embodied. And with my years of learning, I believe that embodiment is immense potential for growth. Its exciting to be a part of that for someone else.

To be a massage therapist is an honor, a joy, and it invigorates my life, hopefully for a long long time.
