Hello and thank you for taking the time to read a little bit about me. I have a great passion for health and fitness, being a life-long athlete I learned at a young age the importance of massage therapy and its effects on the body as well as the psychological and emotional relief it brings. During my course of study I’ve learned various techniques under the Tui Na curriculum at Academy of Chinese Health Sciences in deep tissue and sports massage, chi nei tsang which is a lesser known set of techniques focusing on massaging stomach, as well various stretching techniques very similar to shiatsu and thai style massage. The primary emphasis in our course of study was how to creatively address a wide variety medical complaints a patient may present with. We spent a good amount of time in developing in ourselves the ability to listen and feel with our hands in order to best I feel it is time to dedicate myself to full-time massage work as this is where my passion lies. I know from first-hand experience how therapeutic massage can be, on many levels, and I find it deeply rewarding to be able to offer this service to my clients. I am an excellent communicator and empathetic listener, and I uphold the highest standards of discretion and professionalism at all times.
