Read Client Chart, Interview client, Instruct Client of what to expect in session. Guide client to private room instruct of where to place personal belongings and attire. Ensure client is comfortable and prepared for therapist to re-enter room and begin session. Advise suggestions and provide a home care plan, walk client to reception area.
Clinic Administrator
Greet clients, verify client on sign in sheet, Notify Client of process and clinic procedure. Ensure client is informed of all clinic forms and the purpose of filling them out. Introduce client to Therapist & share information with oncoming administration.
