Massage therapy is an opportunity to focus on an individual to assist in decreasing discomfort. I offer massage therapy in a variety of modalities... Full body or site specific, new pain or chronic pain from old injuries, Moist Heat Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Joint Mobility and more. Massage sessions can be performed on a table or a massage chair and can range from 15 minute to 90 minute sessions, dependant on the strategies my client and myself determine. Massage therapy has no age restrictions. I work with pediatric clients all the way up to senior clients.
