During intake, I visually assess my client, ask questions, palpate, checking range of motion. I educate my clients, and feel they better understand their bodies when our sessions are finished.
I focus on my client, what they say, how they breath, I have excellent palpation technique, my hands are sensitive to adhesions, spasms, & trigger points.
I have clinical training and experience in medical and relaxation massage, and spa treatments.
I trust my instincts in energy work and will continue to learn techniques in Reiki, eventually becoming a Master.
I am continuing further training to become certified at Craniosacral Therapy, and Thai massage.
I have dedicated myself to the art and science of massage.
