Education History

Graduate of Everest College, class of 2010.

I was introduced to alternative healing practices when I began studying martial arts in 1982. My instructors included Chinese medicine and Tui-Na (massage) in their curriculum, encouraging my talent for bodywork. Viewing Healthcare and Martial Arts as flip sides of the same coin, I believe a complete martial artist follows a Fourfold Path: Warrior, Scholar, Sage & Healer. I enjoy teaching martial arts with thorough, hands-on detail, & maintain a beginner's enthusiasm while cultivating authentic skills, health & empowerment of my students. My martial arts training enhances my bodywork practice with refined sensitivity and intuition.
