Massage is an amazing tool for health and healing. Through touch and specific focal and whole-body work we are able to change not only physical patterns of holding, but psychological and emotional imbalances.
I believe in listening to the body and following its needs in doing bodywork. Modalities such as visceral manipulation are very effective not only in tonifying organs by releasing restrictions, but also affecting percieved muskuloskeletal pain patterns.
