I can describe my style as a unique blend of Russian (more short, deep and energetic strokes), Swedish, Sport, Long Strokes (Lomi Lomi style), Deep Tissue, Static Pressure, Rocking, Trembling, Stretching, Myo-Fascial, Trigger points, Acupressure points (Meridian and Marma points), Cross Fiber, Passive ROM, Post Isometric Relaxation and Energy Healing.

Both SPA/Relaxation and Medical/Deep Tissue work are equally comfortable for me to perform.
