My goal as a massage therapist is to help clients enhance their everyday lives, whether it is competing in an athletic event, caring for children or sleeping more soundly. Massage can be one of the purest forms of healing for both mind and body. I consider it a great honor to be a part of this process. Holding space for change in the human body can be a powerful experience and I treat it with the highest respect. I like to blend a variety of modalities to create a treatment that is tailored to each client’s needs. I utilize Swedish, Deep Tissue, MET, and MFR techniques to create lasting change. I feel comfortable adapting any treatment and believe everyone can benefit from massage.
