Answering multiple phone lines relating to scheduling for ultrasound, radiology, CT, MRI, Interventional, fluroscopy and day surgery procedures. Communicating with patients, offices, health care providers and insurance companies in order to obtain insurance requirements including preauthorization. Ensuring ancillary policies are fulfilled such as required lab work, contrast allergies protocol, and a wide variety of individual appointment considerations. Proficiency in using several patient information software sytems and insurance company websites.
