There is healing power in touch. I assess the needs of each client and draw upon my repertoire to create a session that addresses their personal needs. The goal is to help the client achieve a state of relaxation where the body can better maintain the renewing process. The body is constantly replenishing itself, but like a dirty engine slowing your car down, the build-up of fatigue chemicals in your body can slow you down without the proper maintenance. That's what I strive to provide: The therapeutic touch you need to start you on the path, and the knowledge of how to better care for your body and find your way on that path.
