I love doing massage therapy! I chose this as a career because it was a way that I could find a job and do something with my time that truly benefited humanity. Massage can be so healing. It helps people to relax and let go emotionally and mentally, as well as physically, letting go of all that tension.

The benefits of massage include: increased blood flow, increased emotional well-being, reduced stress, elimination of toxins, getting rid of muscle tension, and much more. I have experience working on clients with several different ailments and helping them through the art of massage. The list includes but is not limited to: carpal tunnel syndrome, stiff muscles, back tension, neck and shoulder tension, back problems, MS, fibromyalgia, etc...the list goes on and on. I do massage in short, because I see it as a way to help people, and have been doing so for years.

My approach to massage is usually to ask the client what it is that they want to get from the massage, and to ask them a few basic questions about their history so that I can better serve them, and help to increase their general sense of well-being, and benefit from the massage by tailoring the massage to them specifically.

I am experienced in many forms of massage, and will often reccommend what type of massage I think would most benefit the client, as well as stretches or basic practices that they can do that will help benefit them.
