Over the years, I have seen what not only a lack of physical fitness is doing to Americans, but I have watched our stress levels climb with each passing year. And, in 1993, I made the decision to help people in my community live healthier lives. I know all too well the aches, pains & physiological changes that a body can undergo over time.
