I have studied many massage techniques. I find that I use several different techniques during a massage crafting a unique massage for each client based on their need for that session. Communication is key in this process. Listening to my clients history, current issues, and feedback during massage is imperative. Most of all I really enjoy hearing that massage made a difference in my clients health and life.
