Professional History
I have spent the past 7 years working within the healthcare field and because of this experience, I am far more aware of state and federal laws when it comes to client privacy and HIPAA laws. Also, I had worked closely with providers and medical staff to provide them with accurate records and documentation which helps with my attention to detail and record keeping. One of my main focuses within the field was always customer service as it was not limited to just the patients seen within the clinic but also my fellow co-workers and other medical staff.
