I graduated from the California Institute of the Healing Arts and Sciences in February 2006. Since then I have gained invaluable experience in both clinical and spa settings, and I have been working as an independent contractor for seven years. Not only am I proficient in Swedish, I am also proficient in Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone modalities. I am passionate about therapeutic massage because not only does it offer clients relief from chronic muscular tension, it also enables them to heal from a personal injury. Working in both spas and chiropractic offices as a massage therapist affords me the ability to work quickly, but effectively in a busy, fast-paced business environment with the capability to remain compassionate. It has also given me strength and endurance and the ability to pay careful attention to my body.
