I came to massage after many years of receiving bodywork and finding the freedom in my own body after recovering from an illness that required me to learn to walk and speak clearly again. Since that time I have been fascinated with the body's ability to heal itself, managing chronic pain, and the nervous system.
With a keen interest in research and medical massage, I love the balance of integrated work that includes therapeutic treatment and relaxation.
My view on bodywork is an extension of my life's purpose - simply to help people find the freedom in their own bodies to live their best, fullest, most joyous life possible.
