My Work as a massage therapist, is to help clients address, the way the sit, stand, walk, breathe, and move.
Once I make an assessment of certain chronic holding patterns and the various ways that compensation has taken hold. Restricting movement in particular muscle groups effecting structure balance and posture.
Then I can begin their rehabilitation program. Which consists of formulating a unique treatment plan designed for them.
By listening to my client, I can see what some of their goals are relative to their health and how they are feeling. Some of their goals are to move easier, have more energy be more flexable, and active. Reduce pain and or inflammation, increasing the overall quality of life. Helping them to rejuvenate.
My approach is to have my client participate in their program, by doing re patterning and breathing exercises. In this way we work as a team, re educating and re patterning the way they sit, walk, stand, breathe, lift and carry things. Effectively enhancing their quality of life

I became a Massage therapist so, I could help people reach their highest potential.
By doing this I felt that my future clients, could live a better quality of life. My background in yoga and breathing moved me to share with people. When energy moves through the human body, we easily find that there is no limit to what we can do in life.
