Interviews will take place Monday or thursday mornings at our office in south lake union 15 minute interview (we will interview you) 20-60 minute practical on table 10 minute practical on chair-
- -- Replacing Female Therapist - We are looking for 1 experienced female massage therapist that has insurance contracts; Premera, Aetna etc
- One additonal Recent grads open to work 10 hours minimum to start and growth as we progress and they would be part time receptionist until they can build up to full practice with us when they get medical insurance contracts.
Qualifications:
*Licensed and Insured *
LMP with1 year of treatment work receives
$20/hr plus tips = Average $30-35 per massage,
Insurance depends on coverage $25+
willing to work on (mostly office workers/shoulders, back, neck) Deep tissue
You get bonuses after scheduling a new patient 4th massage you recieve 100% of earnings
PIP MVA bonuses $40+
Medical coverage and Vacation after meeting 1,000 work hours.
Room for growth, Massage lead/ Manager considered after 1+ years.
Full time LMP's You will understand pay is averaged 650+ week, if you maintain 25 hours/wk and work for their tips.
Graduates you will start at $15/ hour plus tips(our deals suggest 15% of value $10-20)
*Ability to provide moderate to Deep Tissue treatment consistently. 5-7 Hours of work at a time or more.
Willing to provide chair massage when your scheduled for events. (Events at Amazon etc)
*Ability to WOW your customers with both your treatment and with outstanding customer service.
*Reliability is a must. If you are someone who changes their schedule frequently or needs your job to work around your obligations, this is likely not a good fit for you.
*This is a non competitive environment, looking for therapists who enjoy working with other therapists, sharing patients, sharing information
Part of your responsiblities -
Possible open/close clinic (if your are scheduled 1st or last)
Getting clients at appointment times
table readiness/Option to provide your own ipod plugin for music.
Soap notes (EMR),- cover Client history, check paperwork - Patient education, Take their payment - schedule next appointment.
About 5 minutes should complete this entire task with training. No need to bring sheets, tables, no oils - We provide these for you as well as the clients to keep you busy.

Hours available: We have shifts available
Mon-Fri: 5:30 am - 10:00 pm
Sat & Sun: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
However you will be considered to cover on Saturdays and Sunday work. Which is our busiest requests.
In a secure business. Parking is your own responsibility. Rent Spot monday - Friday $180 month, weekends free.

Therapists must be available for at minimum of 4 days, unable to hire therapists who are only available for enough shifts.......

After a two year completion/1,500 massage hours, depending on review you will be contracted as an employee with medical and paid vacation benefits.
