Being apart of the front desk team, I was the first line of contact with the new and returning clientele. Becoming proficient using Millennium POS Software, salon/spa services and Aveda beauty products; I was able to market personalized services and treatments to maximize the experience for our guests. I also became accountable for store funds; counted and managed cash / credit / Groupon / YouBit bartered transactions. I developed marketing tools using Microsoft Office Publisher, the Aveda PurePro website and constant contact for a number of holiday promotional events, fundraising events and community awareness. I also provided complimentary massage for clientele while attending school for massage therapy.
