I came into the massage world through the athletic world and understanding the necessity of regular care to keep pushing forward. I have found that what I love about massage is its ability to make people feel better when done correctly. When the therapist knows the body well and can spend the time to track down trigger points safely and relieve the pain, it is a profound feeling of relief for the client. Knowing that I can provide that relief for another is profoundly moving for me.
