Trina is a versatile massage therapist, skilled at healing and enhancing the lives of a diverse clientele. She is nationally certified and brings enthusiasm to her craft every day. Her unique style and approach to massage therapy has benefited clients of all types.

Need deep tissue treatment work? Trina studied the Daucik Method with Zdenka Daucik, a European physiotherapist who practiced massage for over 20 years in Europe with professional athletes, and another 25+ years working with various clients here in the states. As such, Trina is trained to treat acute and chronic issues to get you out of pain quickly - and keep you out of pain!

Not a fan of deep tissue massage? Trina always tailors every session to your needs, working with your body to produce powerful, effective, long-lasting results. She is also a student of Polarity Therapy, energy work that asserts that the flow and balance of energy in the human body.

Looking for post-surgical or post-accident treatment? Trina has training in manual lymphatic drainage, a very light and non-invasive technique that reduces post-surgical swelling and helps to minimize scar tissue formation.

TMJ/clenching/jaw issues? Trina is certified to work inside the mouth to release the many structures in the jaw associated with these issues. It's also effective at helping to alleviate headache pain and can help with scoliosis.
