Surrounded by untouched nature and spirituality from my early years it was only natural for me to be drawn towards healing and bodywork. In my years of studying spirituality and holistic healing, I have come to realize the importance of holding space while empowering others to take better care of themselves.

I believe in a holistic approach to massage focusing on the individual as a whole while encouraging communication to bring out your feelings, experiences and thoughts to better assist in the healing process.

My massage and energy work helps the body restore itself and manage stress in a space free of judgment while feeling welcomed and honored.
