You do a great job.
Don’t micro-manage, treat your employees with respect.
Quit trying to find fault or problems. Don”t let management go to your head.
Don’t look for trouble where there is none.
Your therapists do a great .

I love the advice I get in my emails. I often take what I read and apply it at work the very next day and it’s always relevant. My clients feel comfortable and special, as much of what seems to be common sense isn’t being done by every therapist.

This is worded so well , I could not have worded it any better!!!!
So many therapist seem to get big heads ! I don’t understand that because we are supposed to be there for or clients not for our own gratifications!
