While claiming pages on the internet maybe a good idea for letting people know you exist in your area, I have to say that I really disagree with you promoting 'Yelp'. I do not think 'Yelp' was designed for our market and from other people I have spoken with, including myself yelp does nothing but misrepresent us, if we do not spend money with them. Claiming your business is one thing, but you better be prepared for all the phone calls and to spend money with them, otherwise they will not support you. This is a fact! Clients write you a review and they turn around and say this review should not be replied on. When you call and complain, you spend hours listening to their method of validating reviews, which at the end of the day, is their opinion over another persons experience.
