Massage Therapist job in SEATTLE

Summa Massage and Wellness LLC (SMW) in Capitol Hill is seeking a licensed and insured massage therapist to fill a part-time or full-time position. We take pride in creating a healthy and happy work-life balance for all of our therapist so they may perform at their highest potential. 

SMW is an LMT owned and operated practice offering therapeutic, Hot Stone, and Cupping massage. SMW is focused on further growth of our therapist and practice while continuing to provide exceptional client-centered experiences.

This is an employee position with a flexible schedule based on bookings made through SMW’s online scheduler. Therapist are expected to work their chosen days and hours based on their availability but are also given autonomy to manage their schedule reasonably. All supplies will be provided by SMW. All levels of experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications:

Active WA massage license and active liability insurance

Willingness to self-manage schedule and operate space without direct supervision if needed.

Desire to work in a small LMT owned / operated business that is growth oriented

Punctuality and professionalism

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive compensation based on experience paid per massage hour. Compensation starting at 37% of service cost for LMTs with 1 year or less of experience, up to 49% comission for most experienced therapist. Employees always make 100% of their tips. Our base level massage service is currently $110 for 60 min. therapeutic massage. Add ons and specialty services such as CBD oil, hot stone, and cupping massages are an added cost yielding higher a commission pay out.
