I graduated in January from the 1000 hour program at the Cortiva Institute of Massage; since then I have been practicing a few hours a week in my home office while finishing a prior commitment to nanny through the summer. I am also actively involved in 5 music festivals during the summer where I manage backstage areas, coordinating and massaging musicians.
In working with so many musicians backstage, I have gained the ability to calm nerves, as well as help clients become grounded, focused, and centered. Also because of this involvement, I have a great deal of experience with overuse injuries and enjoy working with clients to develop strategies to eliminate pain caused by daily activities.
My favorite thing about being a massage therapist is being able to see improvement in clients over each session. I work well in a team setting and create detailed, organized SOAP charts. I have a strong work ethic and am happiest when I'm very busy. Please review my resume and contact me at your earliest convenience; I'd love the chance to interview with you for this job.
