Revive Performance Massage is a growing, client-centered massage practice focused on helping people move better, recover faster, and live with less pain. We serve athletes, active adults, and clients seeking therapeutic care through customized treatment plans rather than cookie-cutter sessions.
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional therapeutic massage services tailored to each client's needs.
Perform detailed client assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
Educate clients on self-care, stretching, and recovery techniques.
Maintain accurate and timely SOAP notes.
Uphold high standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and client care.
Build strong client relationships that encourage retention and referrals.
Qualifications
Current Oregon Massage Therapy License.
Professional liability insurance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in therapeutic, sports, deep tissue, or medical massage preferred.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent client outcomes.

Compensation
$40–$55+ per service hour plus tips, depending on experience and skills.
