Full job description
Are you a licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping others through the healing power of touch and creating a peaceful client-centered experience? MUST be a LICENSED or REGISTERED Massage Therapist, in the state of Maryland. Seasoned or newly licensed.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage services tailored to each clients' needs
-At a minimum, demonstrate working knowledge of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release Techniques
-Apply additional modalities as trained or certified (bonus but not required)
-Maintain a neat, professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene
-Communicate professionally, clearly and respectfully with clients and team members
-Complete accurate and timely SOAP notes after each session
-Foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere to encourage client retention and trust
-Participate in continued education and training as offered
-Maintain your license in good standing
Qualifications
-Current Maryland Massage License (REQUIRED)
-Solid understanding of basic modalities
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Reliable, punctual, and professional
-Open to learning new techniques and services
-Ability to work independently while also being part of a supportive team
