GENERAL SUMMARY
Provides an exceptional experience for the members and guests of PRO Sports Club. All services are performed with knowledge, skill, enthusiasm, friendliness and a willingness to help others. Adherence to PRO’s Core Values and our mission statement is expected and is critical to the success of the PRO Sports Club and The Spa.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Completes intake chart and notes for each guest thoroughly and with accuracy, filing same day as guest service
- Files charts in the correct alphabetical order after scanning electronically
- Keeps the rooms clean, organized and “Show Ready” at all times per Washington state DOL laws
- Attends monthly staff meetings, required trainings and weekly warm-ups
- Recommends “at home care” program for all guests
- Listens to the concerns of all guests and addresses their concerns accurately
- Sheets and face cradle covers are taken to laundry at the end of each treatment
- Adheres to (written) room standards for set-up, restocking, and cleaning
- Strives to increase knowledge by taking continuing education classes in related courses
- Willing to assist co-workers with any questions and concerns they may have
- Willing to work extra hours or flexible schedule when called upon
- Willing to sub and/or trade shifts with others
- Calls substitute (co-worker) when sick or unable to work a particular shift
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
- Adherence with PRO Club draping protocol
- Maintains active license
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A graduate of an accredited massage school with a minimum of 600 hours
- Experience in an upscale spa environment preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Experience in body treatments is preferred
- Certification for specialty (in any or all of the following) that was received outside of massage school: Reflexology, Thai Massage, and/or Cupping (IF APPLICABLE)
- Minimum 2 years practical experience in any/all of these specialties preferred IF APPLICABLE
