Job description
Element Natural Healing Arts is a busy, well-established holistic wellness center in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, and we are looking to add talented massage therapists to our team.
We have been serving the Brooklyn community for over 24 years and have built a loyal, established client base. We are currently very busy and have opportunities available for therapists looking for anything from 1–2 shifts per week to a full-time schedule of 4–5 shifts per week.

We provide the established clientele, treatment space, scheduling, front desk, and administrative support—allowing you to focus on your clients and your work.
COMPENSATION & EMPLOYMENT
$50 per 60-minute massage
Compensation is prorated for 30-, 90-, and 120-minute services
W-2 employee position
Flexible scheduling
Opportunities available for 1–2 shifts per week, as well as full-time schedules of 4–5 shifts per week

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for NYS Licensed Massage Therapists who are:
Caring, professional, and client-focused
Reliable and responsible
Excellent communicators
Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team
Interested in building lasting relationships with clients
Passionate about providing therapeutic, individualized massage
We welcome therapists with experience in a variety of modalities, including therapeutic massage, deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, prenatal massage, myofascial work, lymphatic drainage, and other specialties.
Weekend availability is a plus, but we are interested in speaking with qualified therapists with a variety of schedules.
For qualified recent graduates, we are also able to sponsor NYS massage therapy permits, allowing eligible therapists to begin working while completing the licensing process.
Therapists must maintain their own professional malpractice insurance.
