We are looking for a part-time independent contractor Massage Therapist in our Chula Vista office. We are re-launching our massage services at this location. We also offer Physical Therapy and Nutrition consulting at this office.



Earn $20 to $30 per hour plus tips.



Duties:

- Perform consecutive 20-minute, 50-minute or 80-minute quality massage therapy sessions.

- Design specific sessions based on client's individual needs.

- Document in our computer system.

- Coordinate/consult on some client treatments with on-site Physical Therapists.

- Promote the health and wellness benefits to clients of receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.

- Create excellent experience for clients/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.

- Generate new clientele through promoting client referrals and guest pass programs.



Requirements:

- Must have National Certification or exam scheduled

- Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations.

- Must carry liability insurance.

- Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required.

- Knowledge of other various modalities preferred.

- Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, therapists and others at the office.

- Able to work flexible days and hours.

- Understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
