Expand your understanding of trauma and somato-emotional restrictions. This course addresses massage treatment considerations for safe and ethical therapeutic relationships, to minimize potential adverse impact of touch interactions. Discussion of the practitioner's fiduciary responsibility regarding ethical, legal and safe psycho-spiritual boundaries and communications. Explore concepts of quality and quantity of touch which may support change or may trigger adverse reactions. This course concludes by exploring a basic ethical framework to help you create and maintain a safe, ethical, and legal therapeutic relationship.
