In this foundational class you will receive a thorough introduction to the history of Dr. Stone the creator of Polarity Therapy and the various holistic modalities that have influenced and contributed to what Polarity Therapy is today.
Students who complete this course will demonstrate proficiency in the following:
Understanding what subtle energy is and how it works, as well as proper ethical approaches to maintaining sustainable energetic hygiene
Proficiency in Holding Space/Neutrality
Making Energetic Relation/Resonance and an introduction to Polarity communications
Identifying the three Poles in the Body as well as the three Gunas as found in Ayurveda
Understanding the spiritual and cosmological orientations of Polarity Therapy including Creation/ Point of Origin, Involution/ Evolution and the hermetic principle of "as above so below" as it pertains to understanding the reflex nature of Polarity Therapy
Palpating a clients energy field, and understanding how to give an entire full body session.
In this profound three-day journey you will learn how Polarity Therapy as a holistic healing modality is also a way of life.
This course takes place in a beautiful geodesic dome classroom nestled on ten acres of waterfront forest in Olympia, WA. Immersing yourself in nature supports deep learning and integration, while onsite lodging options—including cozy cottages, tiny homes, and domes—make it easy to stay, rest, and connect with the land and community throughout your training.
