Job description

W Salon & Spa is full service salon & spa located on Olde Highway 80 in El Cajon (near Blossom Valley). We are looking for enthusiastic, talented, experienced massage therapists with some existing clientele. Come work in a beautiful, relaxing salon and day spa environment with owners that invest in creative marketing to help you build your business!

Two Booth Rental Options Available!

Booth rental - $150 per week, which includes the following:
• Two (2) FREE weeks every year
• Receptionist for greeting clients
• Towels
• Refreshments for clients
• 20% discount at Blue Jeans & Bikini's retail clothing store (located between the Salon and Spa)
• Retail product sales with a 10% commission incentive

Booth rental - $175 per week, which includes the following:
• Two (2) FREE weeks every year
• Receptionist for greeting clients
• FULL Back Bar featuring UNITE products (shampoo, conditioner, styling products and full Redkin color line)
• Towels
• Refreshments for clients
• 20% discount at Blue Jeans & Bikini's retail clothing store (located between the Salon and Spa)
• Retail product sales with a 10% commission incentive

Requirements include but are not limited to the following:
• Minimum of 1 -2 years of industry experience
• Some Existing clientele
• Professional liability insurance with W Salon & Spa as additional insured
• Hairstylists must be a licensed cosmetologist in the State of California
• Massage therapists must have a valid California Massage License
