Responsibilities
Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to individual patient needs
Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for all clients
Be a team player and drama free
Build and maintain a loyal client base through outstanding service
Promotes and sells massage therapy services and treatments and encourages repeat business
Demonstrate consistent availability, flexibility for scheduling, and reliability in honoring appointments
Educates clients on Serenity Salt Spa products, services and treatments
Answer phones and schedule appointments when available
