Job description

The hours currently available are:
Monday 2-7 pm
Tuesday 9 am - 2 pm
Wednesday 2 - 7 pm
Thursday 2 - 7 pm
1-2 Saturdays per month 12-6 pm

This is an employee position with a "hands on" hourly scale of pay, as well as compensation for administrative time on the clock for set up, turn over, and charting. The hands on scale is between $32-$40 per hour DOE. In addition, our therapists bring home an average gratuity of $25 per massage hour.

We do not bill insurance and have front desk staff to handle scheduling, etc.

We provide quarterly hands on CE's, paid training, PTO, commission on retail sales, 401k, monthly paid Osteopathic Physical Therapy visits after 90 days to help keep your body running smoothly, and 40% service discounts in house.

Our perfect candidates will have a current WA State Massage License, and Professional Liability Insurance. No previous spa experience is required but you must be willing to learn. A perfect fit is someone who has excellent self management skills, is responsible, personable, caring, tidy, and takes pride in attention to detail. Being a great team player is a must.

LMT’s sanitize their room between every client. Some laundry and light cleaning is required as keeping the spa clean and enjoyable for all is very important to us. You will enter basic SOAP notes into our scheduling system.
