We are seeking a highly experienced, intuitive Massage Therapist whose work goes far beyond routine Swedish or deep tissue techniques. This role is for someone who views bodywork as both a craft and a calling—someone who brings presence, skill, and energetic awareness into every session.

Dragonfly Aura is a beautifully appointed, single-room studio in a prime central location, currently owner-operated. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled, self-motivated therapist who is excited to work in an intimate, elevated setting and grow alongside the business.
The intention is to expand availability, offer more flexible scheduling for clients and members, and increase overall flow and revenue. You’ll play a key role in helping shape the client experience while building your own consistent book within a supportive, aligned environment.

What We’re Looking For
Advanced skills beyond Swedish and deep tissue (myofascial, neuromuscular, lymphatic, or other specialized modalities)
Strong intuition and ability to connect with clients on both physical and energetic levels
Professional, grounded presence with a passion for holistic wellness
Self-motivated and comfortable working in an independent, boutique environment
A desire to grow personally and professionally while contributing to a shared vision
Your Role
Deliver customized, high-quality sessions that combine technique, intuition, and care
Create a safe, serene, and elevated experience for every client
Support clients in their wellness journey through thoughtful, intentional bodywork
Help expand availability and contribute to a consistent, thriving schedule
Maintain a clean, peaceful, and energetically aligned space
Pay Structure
This is an independent contractor position with a competitive, performance-based compensation model. Estimated earnings range from $25 to $54+ per hour, depending on session type, booking source, and level of experience. Lower-tier bookings (such as third-party platforms) are compensated at the lower end of the range, while direct bookings, premium services, and extended sessions offer significantly higher earning potential. Additional revenue opportunities are available through service enhancements and add-ons. Gratuity is also accepted and can further increase overall earnings.
Schedule & Structure
This is an independent contractor position ideal for a self-driven therapist who values flexibility and autonomy.
Consistent, pre-set schedule (typically 1–5 shifts per week)
Choice of AM or PM shifts
Flexibility within a structured schedule to support both client consistency and work-life balance
Opportunity to build and maintain your own steady book of clients
Compensation is based on a competitive per-session or commission structure, designed to reward skill, experience, and client retention.
