Job description

Skinthia's Day Spa is looking for a LMP to lease space at our spa.
its a 9 1/2 by 11 1/2 foot space with a solid core door.

I have a very nice massage bed and some decorations, hot stones use of the wet room and shower. but, you can make it your own.

We have computer booking, credit card services, Internet, fax phone. as well as local support in our business. We now have a organic skincare line as well as we are bringing in DERMALOGICA.

$600.00 a month includes air conditioning and gas heat. Enjoy the nearby barber shop and cleaners in the Lake Stevens Frontier village shopping center .

We are directly across from the Transit Station and behind Target. we have been in this location for 9 + years with a good client base just waiting for a new LMP. We only have one that moonlights until we get our space filled we need you now, so all clients would be yours.
