Start Part-Time, With a Path to Full Time
Most therapists join us with 3–4 shifts per week to get comfortable with our systems, clients, and treatment approach. As your schedule fills (usually within 2–3 months), you’ll have the option to expand into full-time.

Set Shifts That Protect Your Body
Morning: 9:00am–3:15pm
Evening: 3:30pm–9:45pm
Work 3–5 shifts/week (including at least one weekend shift)
Stable, Predictable Income (W2)
Hourly base pay + commission + tips

Training, Mentorship & Professional Growth
All therapists complete a structured 60-day onboarding that includes:
Intake and outtake process expertise
Prenatal training (if needed)
All therapists receive continued mentorship & education:
Advanced deep tissue & myofascial assessment
Body reading & long-term treatment planning
Ongoing guidance from owner David Weintraub, LMT
Earned NYS-approved CEU credit courses
Opportunities to assist and eventually teach CEU workshops
What We’re Looking For
Valid NYS Massage Therapy License
5+ years experience working in the field (preferably with some experience in a clinical setting)
Strong deep tissue & fascial skillset
Excellent anatomy & kinesiology knowledge
Clear professional communication
Comfort working with all populations including prenatal and post-surgical clients
Desire for long-term career growth
Income Expectations
(3–5 shifts/week · Approx. 50 weeks/year)
Senior Therapist (5-10 years experience): ~18k per weekly shift per year
Lead Therapist (10+ years experience plus strong clinical background): ~22k per weekly shift per year
Full-time therapists can reach $100k+ in 6–18 months.
