What You’ll Do
Deliver the majority of massage services with professionalism and intention
Conduct thoughtful pre- and post-treatment consultations
Engage in staff meetings and continuing education to sharpen your craft
Manage your schedule with discipline and accountability
Uphold company policies that protect the integrity of our guest experience
What We’re Looking For
Active Rhode Island Massage Therapy License in good standing
Valid professional liability insurance
Proven experience as a massage therapist
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Exceptional client care and communication skills
Strong attention to detail
The ability to manage time with focus and independence
We believe great teams are built on shared purpose.
If you’re driven, self-motivated, and committed to creating meaningful impact through your work, we’d love to meet you.
