More importantly, we've figured out how you can earn more. We have implemented NO TAX ON TIPS. Yes, with your approval, we are not taxing your tips. Plus if you have Venmo, then your tips will get paid daily directly to you. For our full-time therapists it seems to add an extra $1,000 in pay directly to you. Ask us how we do that.

Looking for those unique therapists that are looking for a place to work at a great location, spacious facility, with a team of people that enjoy working with each other. Please note that we now have CBD treatments available for our guests. You can be a part of providing accelerated services to our guests.
We are mostly interested in those that want to work 3 - 4 days with a 6 hour shift, but will consider other options. Must be available to work at least 4 days/week. We also need someone who is comfortable with all of the popular modalities, especially Deep Tissue. Based on our demand, we can hire 3 - 4 new therapists and not notice it.
Need Medical Insurance? We are the only ones that offer you the ability to get Medical Insurance, 50% - 65% subsidized by us.
Some of our experienced therapist have recently received $100 tips from our guests just based on our Novato location and typical guest.
Key Considerations:
Typical schedule is 24 – 32 hours per week. Again, Sunday is required, typically that is Sunday for a 10am - 6pm or a 9am - 5pm shift. We need you to be able to do at least 40 hours of services each 2 week pay period.
Must have completed over 500 hours of massage training at an approved massage training school.
An active CAMTC license, but if you are waiting for the State, that's ok. We just need that documentation from the CAMTC.
Requires Professional liability Insurance, with us added as an additional insured
Design your own breaks. We want you to work to your capability
Earn extra dollars by performing additional services for each guest
Work at one or more of our locations as you prefer. Find the best one for you.
Paid vacations if you would like to entertain a more longer term relationship.
Complimentary scheduled massage or facial each month. No trades required.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent Guest service. Able to perform in 50, 80, and 110 minute sessions.
Comfortable with both Swedish, Deep Tissue. Willing to do pre-natal and sports massage as needed, customized with Massage Heights training.
Educate Guests on services, products and programs available to meet their needs.
Link therapeutic products to your service to enhance the Guest’s experience at home.
Participate in many corporate off-site chair or race events in the Novato area.
Create and maintain positive relationships with Guests and Team Members.
Build that relationship with our guests and be requested often.
Be open and willing to work a variety of shifts and hours. (A mix of weekday and weekend)
Qualifications:
Comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations
Carry personal liability insurance, plus Hot Stone endorsement is mandatory
Be Guest service oriented and communicate effectively with Guests.
Capable of at least deep tissue, Swedish and maternity massage modalities
Be a team player, work an established work schedule, reliable and prompt
Believe in regular massage therapy as part of a healthy lifestyle
Wellness and well being is something you understand, support, and practice
