Mermaid Cove is growing, and we’re looking for another LMT to join our team!
We’re a locally owned private practice with a whole-body approach to care. Our therapists work with a mix of wellness, treatment, prenatal, injury-recovery and medical massage clients, with the freedom to customize sessions around what each client actually needs.
What we offer:
• $47–$50 per massage hour + tips
• 15 minutes between every massage for charting, room reset, a snack, water or a bathroom break
• Flexible scheduling
• Paid vacation and sick time
• We cover your massage license renewal
• Up to 16 hours of continuing education support

We care a lot about creating a workplace that is safe for both our clients and our therapists. Every voice on our team matters, and we want our LMTs to have the space to provide excellent care without feeling rushed through a revolving door of appointments.
Who we’re looking for:
A Washington-licensed Massage Therapist in good standing who is reliable, kind, professional and genuinely enjoys helping people. Experience is preferred, but newer therapists with strong skills and a willingness to learn are absolutely welcome.
We’re especially interested in therapists who enjoy therapeutic and treatment-focused work, but there’s room here to bring your own strengths and interests to the table.
