Massage Therapist

Schedule & Benefits
Full-time or part-time

Weekend/evening availability preferred
10-minute turnover between services
Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute massages
W-2 position - We handle marketing, and supplies so you can focus on massage
Paid in-house training, CE hours

Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience and work schedule - Pay (incl. gratuity)
Advanced Deep Tissue/Sports/Salt Stone - 60 min - $53-$60
Extended Modalities - 80 - 100 min - $70-$96
Avg pay per 60-min massage: $58-$68 (includes gratuity)
Experienced therapists at 30 hrs/week (80%-90% scheduled) earn $70K-$90K+ annually
Advanced services: Up to $96 for 80-100 min treatments
Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

What You'll Do
Provide customized massages: Swedish, deep tissue, salt stone, prenatal, and more
Recommend enhancements (such as cupping and CBD) & memberships to support guest wellness goals
Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready
Track guest progress with simple SOAP notes
