Currently we are searching for a part-time massage therapist for a Wednesday shift from 10 A.M. to 7 P.M. with a one hour break and Sunday 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. with a thirty minute break. Our perfect candidate is a licensed massage therapist who has completed at least 600 hours of instruction at an accredited massage therapy school and can perform the following modalities: Swedish, deep tissue, Hot Stone therapy, pre-natal, Thai, reflexology, Shiatsu, and aromatherapy. Experience with body wraps and other body treatments a plus. As a candidate you should be drama free, professional, discreet, reliable, a motivated self starter, be able to read, write and speak English fluently and above all have a strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
This job is 1099 independent contractor status, with commission negotiable depending on experience. You are required to be licensed to work as a massage therapist in the City of San Leandro and/or be certified by the CAMTC, be able to obtain and present a business license to work in the City of San Leandro and carry your own liability insurance.
