Responsibilities
Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs
Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern
Provide excellent patient service by creating a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere and maintaining clear communication throughout sessions
Educate clients on self-care practices, injury prevention, and occupational health strategies to support ongoing wellness
Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, patient progress, and relevant medical terminology in compliance with clinic standards
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients with complex pain management or physiologic needs
Uphold cleanliness, safety protocols, and professional standards in all aspects of service delivery
Qualifications
Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist with appropriate licensing requirements fulfilled
Proven experience in providing therapeutic massage services, preferably within a med spa or clinical setting
Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management
Skilled in patient assessment techniques to customize treatments effectively
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and address their concerns empathetically
Familiarity with occupational health principles and injury prevention strategies is a plus
Prior experience with deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy is highly desirable

Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
